Part-Time Customer Services

Your chance to work for a growing company in Windermere called Alertacall that telephones older people each day to check they are okay with its nationwide “OkEachDay” service.

Earn £8.06 per hour talking to people

Full training given, with several optional in-house courses to choose from if you wanted to develop your skills and career. FREE optional activity and adventure days.

 

Choose “start of week” or “end of week”

Choose Mon and Tue or Thu and Fri every week (9am to 1.30pm). On alternate weeks you will also work Wed (9am to 1.30pm) and Sat and Sun (8am to 12.30pm). Average 15 hours 45 mins per week.

 

You’ll need the following skills…

You will need to be friendly, super-reliable, talkative, able to speak and write excellent English and able to accurately type up notes from calls. Confidence using a computer, keyboard and mouse is essential.
